Brad Johnston
Brad Johnston is a social intrapreneur in the Ontario Public Service (OPS) with a passion for social innovation and non-linear creative problem solving. He is actively involved with the OPS Innovation Community of Practice in developing a culture of innovation and providing training to educate OPS employees on the value of a social innovation approach to leadership.
In addition to leading innovation and design thinking workshops in the OPS Brad is part of the external Innovation Facilitator Network with Procter & Gamble where he provides design thinking training to product and service teams. He also works with the Authentic Leadership in Action (ALIA) Institute on the convergence of social innovation and business communities.
Brad Johnston is in his 20th year in the Ontario Public Service where he works in the Controller’s Office of the Ministries of Community and Social Services and Children and Youth Services.
