A change maker in the worlds of industrial chemistry, DNA profiling, human physiology, robotics, software design, process optimization, education, knowledge brokering, marketing, multimedia, social media, crowd sourcing, human psychology, and behavioural economics - Denis combines his passion for experience design with his eagerness to learn new things. A multi-published author and international presenter, he currently applies his diverse skill set and enthusiasm to the development of the City of Toronto's 311 web presence and Open Data initiatives.
