Linda Williamson

Director of Communications, Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario

Linda Williamson is the Director of Communications for the Ombudsman of Ontario, André Marin. The Ombudsman investigates public complaints about Ontario government services. Linda is responsible for the small but mighty team that co-ordinates all of the Ombudsman's reports, publications, presentations, website and e-newsletter, along with media relations and social media.

Before joining the Ombudsman's Office in November 2006, Linda was a journalist for more than two decades, working as a senior editor, columnist, reporter and newsroom manager at daily newspapers in Toronto, Ottawa and Winnipeg.
