The DNA of Grant Management

This presentation proposes an easy to understand logic model behind grant management, as well as a proposal to create an open-source business process and software system that can be shared across government departments who are interested in modernizing program delivery as well as program measurement. A demonstration of an alpha system will also be presented currently hosted inside the Ontario Public Service firewall. The outcome of a modern government funding model for programs will lead to a more efficient and more intelligent government that can leverage funds in a much more measured and strategic way.
