Ombudsman Ontario Opens Up
Time:

Session Room:

The Ontario Ombudsman's Office ensures accountability and transparency in government through investigation of thousands of public complaints per year. After incorporating social media into their communications and investigations, the Ombudsman's team is ready to move to the next level: Promoting open government by creating new ways for the public to share problems with government, propose solutions and track complaints and investigations.
The session will involve a brief outline of this idea and seek feedback on how it can be realized.
