An intrapreneur is an entrepreneur who works within organizations.  In the public sector context, a social intrapreneur is someone who innovates to create public value by navigating within and between the structures of the formal organization and helping the system speak with more voices

This panel is moderated by Mark Kuznicki and features the stories of four public sector intrapreneurs: Brad Johnston and David Tallan from the Ontario Public Service, Nick Charney from the Federal Public Service and Trish Garner from the City of Toronto.

Come learn about the shadow world of the social intrapreneur and how you too can be an informal change agent. This session will be followed by a more intimate Dialogue session in the Lab space in CR-3, where this ideas can be explored more deeply.
