Mike Kujawski will provide a review of the current state of social media practice, based on his experiences in a number of public sector organizations.

Melissa Tullio will provide a personal story of change in social media readiness and practice in the Ontario Public Service from her first days as an intern to today.

We will then have a moderated discussion on the current state of practice, gaps and an exchange of ideas to address those gaps.
